    1. Para Companion - Great light double action (LDA) gun that has a "butter" trigger.
    2. M&P 45c - Very light and accurate gun that is easy to aim, shoot and reacquire the target.

Glock 30 some people think it is bulky, but I think it is a great carry gun.
Also the Glock 36 It is a single stack so it is more slim.

The G30 is my favorite .45

I have a Sig P6 that I carry on a daily basis, I'm looking to trade up to a .45 something not too bulky, I'm open to suggestions.
Here we go, whatever feels good in your hands. If I had a CHL or a OC i would either carry a walther p38 or a 357 mag rugger.

A Bersa 45UC makes a nice carry gun. It's not too big, has a good trigger and is uber reliable. They typically run about $400-$450 now days. I have a Kimber Ultra Carry that's very easy to conceal. It has the same capacity as the Bersa, but is single stack instead of the double stack Bersa. The trade off is that the Bersa has a shorter grip, but is a tad thicker than the Kimber. Both are good carry guns. The Bersa is SA/DA with a decocker on the safety and is pretty close to the P6 in feel.

A Kimber Compact or RIA Compact works well too. The RIA is between the Ultra Carry and the Kimber Compact in size and is heavier. That weight makes it more comfortable to shoot though.

Honestly, and please don't judge, I bought a Taurus PT145 Mil Pro recently, because I really liked the way it felt in my hands. I always stayed away from Taurus, but this one is a gem. It fires comfortably and has a10+1 capacity of .45 ACP. It is more compact than the G36, which I believe only holds 6+1. I have yet to have any FTF or FTE, which I was worried about.
