Correct there was just an armistice,not even a treaty.And well it was a "police action" not a war(though my grandfather would disagree).

NK is just doing this because their country is so broke.They are hoping the US will go over ans give them money to stop like Bill Clinton did the last time they did this.I think they should just nuke em.We are the USA supposaly the strongest and and most powerfull country in the world.
