If the video I saw wasn't edited from a normal space launch, there is no way that was a normal jet contrail; it looked just like a missile launch.

That's what I told Cathy. I used to live in Daytona Beach. Watched plenty of launches at Cape Canveral, both from Daytona and at Canaveral. What I saw on the video is what I saw in those fun days.
