I really considered a Glock, but the XD fits my hand better. I really wanted nite sites, so when that one came up in the Classifieds, I took it.

Went to ECPR over the weekend. Only had time to put about 150 through it, but it was flawless. I even off hand limp wristed it, and no problems..

I still love my Bersa, but I really wanted to get away from a manual safety, and get a gun that had more accessories available.

Seriously considering the extended mag release, and the Pistol Gear slide stop already

I like Springfield Armory even tho the gun is made in Croatia it a fine operator and it has a positive safety. Glocks are always a great choice too or Sig or Colt or Smith, etc, etc.

I was really leaning toward Glock because of the ease of repair, but I would have had to modify the grip for it to fit my hand like the XD does. If I buy another, it would probably be an XDm...

Just the sights (Trijicon), decal grips(x-treme grips, rubber), and a Don's solid stainless steel guide rod. I haven't done anything to the trigger, but I've thought about it.
