Small Finish Repairs

Small repairs on a guns finish.

I have a couple nicks and scratches on some of my guns. is there anyway to fix these without getting the whole thing refinished?

There are several products that are fine for touch up repairs.

I use Oxpho-Blue exclusively to touch up the finish after recutting a crown.

Here's a handy little kit they are offering:

im ok. i promise. it didnt change the way it appears anyway. weird.

If you have a very light surface scratch you might try lightly rubbing toothpaste on it.


Sometimes that will remove light scratches and worst case your weapon will smell minty fresh.

For ARs I find alumablack works much better than I thought it would.
