i wonder how much money i would waste when i got a different job(its in the works=action taken) and went to sell said non wasteful residence...Sounds like wasting your money is he smart thing to do.
Hope you are not talking about my town, cause if you are, you are free to move. Nothing I hate worse than someone that is all complaint and no action.

you from upinya too?
theres nothing i hate worse than people that tell me what theres nothing they hate more than. and people that act like their hometown is an extension of their family.

im not even really sure if were talking about the same town, but your advice was pretty sound. im looking at a 61% raise if it all pans out. im a fairly bitter person, so youre probably right about not liking it anywhere. only time will tell.LOL. Don't take another job in the same town unless it pays you at least 10% more and don't take another job in another town unless it pays you at least 15% more in cost of living relative dollars or it isn't worth it financially. This isn't my hometown. I have lived all over the country and this is a great place to live. Every place has it's pros and cons and like the old story, if you don't like it here, you will not like it wherever you go. State of mind baby!
Besides, if I had to sell I would pocket a 100K. Not bad for this crummy place.
