Sig Scorpion Feedback Help!!!

Have been offered a NIB Sig Scorpion 1911. I like the looks of it and yes I know it is a Sig pistol, but would greatly appreciate feedback from anyone that has handled one. Thx my fellow INGOer's.

I've got one with about 500-600 rounds through it. It shoots great. I love the look. The grips make a great mag well for fast reloads. Overall, I think it's a great gun. I got mine for the L.E. price of $939.

I handled one at the gun show in Kokomo. Thought it was a nice feeling gun, didn't care for some of the balck steel parts on it...aka the thumb safety, slide release, and barrel bushing. The finish looks as though it was coming off of the hard edges.
