WTB: Sig Sauer P226r in 9mm

I am looking to purchase a Sig Sauer P226 in 9mm with a rail DA/SA in decent condition.

No FDE, No 2 tones. do not want the beaver tail like the Tac ops. Basically looking for whats pictured below with or without the E2 grips.

Don't have money for night sights right now.

Also not that im expecting it but I have a gently used buck 119 and a buck 140 pack light I could throw into the deal for some mags or something.

I'm not looking to spend more than 650-700

Im in the Sheridan Zionsville Westfield Carmel area willing to travel about half hour or so for the right deal
