Monday I am starting a new stack.
Animal Cuts
Animal Pump
Animal Stak 2
along with my current Whey and a multivitamin.
I'm super jacked to get on it. I started a new routine about a month and a half ago and have added about 45lbs to my bench. Naturally. That is, doing 4-6 reps. Just eating decent, whey protein and a multivitamin.
What kinda stuff are you guys taking? Lifting is slowly becoming my religion LOL.
