List of ranges shows ranges in these 2 towns. Anyone know anything about them? I will be in Louisville on Sat and have a few hours inbetween other social events that I could shoot.
Go to Clark State Forest. Its off of exit 19. Head east to US 31 and go north. Take the 2nd park entrance, it's closer to the main office. Sign in on the clip board, then head out the way you came in, head north, and take the first left. There is a sign for a church retreat or something other. Stay on that until you can make a left hand turn, it's a gravel road. When it forks, take the right and you'll be at the range. It's set up for a max of 50 yards. Wear waterproof boots/shoes as you have to cross a creek to change targets. Hours are Mon-Sat sun up to sun down. No shooting on Sundays.
There is a range at the Silver Creek Conservation Club between Borden and Sellersburg on HWY 60. If you don't want to join, just go to their website, they have pistol shoots of all kinds most every weekend....
