I always chalked up the MK ULTRA stuff to the same conspiracy theory nonsense as alien spacecraft in Area 51. But this... this would be just really really unbelievable.

I saw the stories linking a connection on one of my more "out there" friend's Facebook and started looking into it. Found a bunch of places online talking about it. It does seem pretty odd.
