Discuss your favorite action hero who isn't an action hero. I don't want to hear "Chuck Norris", "Sylvester Stallone", "Ahnold", etc. Those are all action heroes. I want to hear about the guy you'd never expect. The guy you just sold groceries to and now he's going to mess you up. This is the guy who spent years as a CIA spook and you never knew it, even though he was your neighbor and best friend.

    My choice:

Great choice of Liam Neeson from Taken, I loved that movie, he did a great job in it.

It's a great movie to watch, even though it's like watching an incredible sequence of perfect circumstances that allow him to find and rescue his daughter.

I'd have to say DeNiro in Ronin, he's so inconspicuous yet awesome in that movie.

Just once I'd like to ambush someone with a cup of coffee.

I think it's fair to say "Liam Neeson" in ANYTHING. My second choice would be James Caan. There's a dude you don't want to mess with.

Funny you mentioned James Caan; he was the first name that popped into my mind. One of my all-time favorite movies is "Thief". Here's a great scene **NSFW, old people, gangsters, or folks that scare easy**

He's unassuming. He's smart. He's incredibly ruthless. Perfect! Alright, how about Mel Gibson in Payback? He's just a driver.
