So, back in the spring I purchased an all matching Swiss K31 and 480 rounds of surplus here locally. While I've enjoyed it a lot for the most part it has become a safe queen and the last few weeks I've been thinking about selling it.

I don't follow the Mil surplus market all that closely, and gun broker doesn't have much going on with these guns. Anyone reading this know what a rough value on a matching, overall good condition K31 would be? These are the best pics I have at the moment, but obviously before I move to sell it I would take more/better ones.

My guess are that the rifle is worth $250 to $300 and the ammo is close to $0.60 a round.

This is about what I was thinking. I just thought I would ask around to see if for some reason the market had changed one way or the other. Seems to be about the same as when I bought it. Good to know. :)

I bought one on Gunbroker, mid 2012 with a scope mount and a moderate priced Bushnell on it for $300. I just purchased some more ammo a couple weeks ago $30 for 60 rounds.

Classic has K31's listed for $350 and they are sold out. So I would say there is demand and perhaps you could get $400 for the rifle especially since the stock is in great shape and selling with ammo is always a plus. Do you know the date of manufacture?

Serial number says 1946. Nice looking rifle, if it were in my neighborhood I'd probably own it by now.
