"There must be some way to get these stiffs off my property!"

From "The Lovcd Ones" As a kid, it was a movie of his from the 60's that never failed to crack me up. I also loved him in the old Twilight Zone episode with Jack Klugman about pool hustlers.

    RIP sir.

I plan on watching "It's a Mad Mad Mad Mad World" in his memory this weekend. I loved perusing youtube for his videos. Never disappointed.

Jonathon Winters was a former U.S. Marine, as well. I loved the bits where he would pick up an item and pretend that it was several different things and put on skits using the prop. He was an improvisational genius. It also says something about him being married to the same woman for 60 years. RIP Jonathon Winters.

I used to have record albums by him back in the sixties. We would listen to them for hours and they always made you laugh.

I remember one of the bits where he was imitating his commanding officer in the Marine Corps. Paraphrasing, "This is the island of Tulagi, it's 3 miles by 2 miles. We're going to his that island and wipe out the Japs, the monkeys, and coconuts. Arrrrr.

In another one he played a school bully. He was made fun of by another kid. He said that at recess, he wrapped a Schwinn around the other kid.

It's funny, in the sixties he was on TV constantly. He must have retired and pretty much quit altogether. I'm really going to miss him. This one hurts.
