All I can say is wow. The Sig met and exceeded my expectations. I have only shot one other Sig, a 226 9mm.
1. Weight: The weight is perfect, and the balance is outstanding.
2. Feel: It felt like an extensions of my arms.
3. Recoil: The recoil was very light and easily managed.
4. Trigger. The DA was short and smooth. The SA was short and crisp.
I ran 100 rounds of 115 grain Georgia Arms, and 15 rounds of 147 grain Winchester Ranger SXT. The slide did not lock back on 4-5 occasions, but the gun was unfired, so I attest it to the recoil spring being stiff. If have the money, and you want an outstanding pistol. I would highly recommend one. It is going to be my full size carry gun from now on.
Here is a pic, rounds where fired at 7 yards. One mag from my Sig, and one mag from Cru's M&P 9c. The wind was gusting pretty hard at times.
