I was very sad to see that happen. Especially the first time! I didn't get to watch this last game for many reasons but always sucks to see that. Such a great rivalry. Purdue seems to have a real hatred for them lol by the way it's demonstrated at every game it's almost sad. :):

My buddy at work was giving me so much **** today about a blowout. I will gladly just remind him what the score was. boiler up! I'm also glad it was a good game where both teams were on somewhat of a roll. The rivalry needs life again

I worked at Purdue many years ago.

I heard the directions to I.U. from Purdue were as follows,

"Go south 'til you smell it, go east 'til you step in it."

I really don't care too much about either, but I have a rabid IU fan on facebook. He posted some pictures earlier today about the game. He also posted something last time they played about how beating Purdue should be easy. I posted the Purdue fight song on his post from today. Really, the only reason I want to go to a Purdue football game is to see the marching band.

Nothing makes me happier about working in Bloomington than when the Boilers beat IU. I'll have the AJ Hammons dunk and taunt streaming on my computer all day today. That 1 play pretty much summed up my feelings towards IU.

I've never been partisan, never been a sports guy. I did some time in West Laffalot because Bloomintucky doesn't make engineers. I did have an aunt and uncle (he was an ENT rockstar) that had a replica of some kind of wooden water container with a chain of I's they kept in the bathroom with a sign saying "Where are all the P's? We flushed them down the toilet." I thought that was funny.
