"priceless" gun story

- Dog & Pony show in Michigan City, IN with the kids: $2

- Getting "peed" on by the Cabela's sunk (Hammond, IN) at the laser "gun" range at the back of the store by my daughter shooting the rifle: $1

- Eating White Castles (Hammond, IN) with the kids for their first time: $13

- Running around like crAzys at the Griffith, IN park: $1 (for water bottle)

- Cleaning the WASR-10 and AR-7 with the kids: Priceless

Why?
Comments by 5 year old daughter as we put the child lock on the WASR-10 and then put it in a gun sock and then locked the case it's in.

"Dad when am I going to get my pink gun?"

Before I could answer my 2.75 year old son get on top of the gun case and says:

"me" as he points to the case and then with his hands pretends to be holding a rifle and goes "boom, boom, boom".


Hey I'm doing my part to make sure the next generation is not gun-a-phobic!

My 3.5 old was helping me clean (that is what he thinks) some of his guns (some they will be) and he was quick to remind me not to put my finger in the trigger.
