Can anyone give me any information on a PPSH-43 Parts Kit from Numrich? It says 99.95, then it says "All NFA Rules Apply." Does that mean it's full auto? It also says "ATF Approved" and "less barrel." I can find a barrel for a couple hundred...does that mean I can put one of these together for a couple hundred bucks? I've seen them in action and they're pretty cool looking...ok...DIFFERENT looking guns, which is right up my alley. Any recommendations from the INGO members?

All NFA rules probably refers mostly to the fact that it has to be built to fire from a closed bolt and that the barrel has to be 16" or longer.

ATF approved probably means that it was correctly demilled and is no longer considered a viable machinegun per ATF.

If it looks too good to be true, it probably is. :dunno: In addition to the parts kit, you would need a barrel, receiver, and enough US-made parts to make it 922(r) compliant. Then, as curraheeguns correctly pointed out, the gun would have to be built as a closed-bolt semi-auto, as opposed to the open-bolt full-auto the kit was taken from. In all likelihood, you're not going to be able to TOUCH the finished product for "a couple hundred bucks" even if you do all the machine work yourself.

MGS is listing their semi-auto PPSH-43 (built by Wise-Lite) for $695.00.
