My cousin's kid grew up in Turkey (my cousin was a law professor there for 14 years), has recently graduated college and is completing Army BCT with the OCS option right now...and the Army really, really made an attractive deal, probably because of a lack of people who speak the language like a native and understand the culture.

Yeah - and I bet he gets recruited away from the Army when his officer contract expires. Will be doing "analytical" work for the "Department of Defense."
