Politicians exempt from TSA screening

I was watching the news, nbc I believe, they mentioned that politicians are exempt from the screening, allthough they are the lawmakers & have oversight of it.

I never cease to be amazed by the arrogance & hypocracy.

That's all that is. A rumour. The TSA and even Napolitano have said everyone gets scanned, no exceptions, (except for the politicians). This is just more anti-muslim rumour mongering.

Yes. Yes, they are. One law for us, and another for them. And most of them don't even follow those most of the time.

Several years ago, I was behind a license plate (Indiana Senator or something to that effect) on SR 67 between Martinsville & Mooresville, if memory serves me correctly he was going around 80-85.

This was before the days of celphone camcorders, etc

There are exceptions for politicians with security teams. They are exempt. There was just a news story about Boehner skipping the lines the other day because he had a team with him.

It's always easy to make rules you don't have to follow. I wonder how long this government sanctioned molestation would last if they had to put themselves or their children through it every time they had to fly.
