It was a screenshot that I took on my phone and uploaded the file from my computer. I found the same meme on an image search, and tried to edit the post using that URL, but the original pic that I found is way too big. I don't really feel like figuring out how to resize it tonight.

In addition, I *think*that referencing locally means your links don’t get broken by someone either deleting or moving the file or pretty much anything but a server move.

They seem to be moving the needle, but whether they are effective or not remains to be seen. Marches aren't laws and (deserved) embarrassment isn't impeachment.
