    Where's the bacon?
Many of us here are familiar with the work of Oleg Volk, the photographer and gun rights activist who started The High Road bulletin board.

Today, while surfing the web, I came across some of his pictures that I thought should be shared with my friends here on INGO.

There are 15 of them, and they cover a range of topics. The first was the one that caught my eye:

These next 4 I thought explain the decision a parent must make when deciding to be armed and yet balancing that decision against the fear of "what if" the children and a gun are ever together, unsupervised (as might happen at someone else's home, or in the event that something called you away from the safe without closing the door.)

This was close to, but not quite what sent me to Oleg's site in the first place. I recalled a picture he took in which the caption expressed the woman's lack of concern at the BG getting a look up her dress as she drew a bead on him. And yeah, I'm a guy, so part of the reason it's here is that she's hot. :dunno: No excuses offered for that...nor any apologies. ;)

    Love the quote.

I was surprised, though I suppose I should not have been, to see that Oleg has been one of our Appleseed shooters! :woot: :rockwoot:

Running away, IMHO, shouldn't ever have to be an option. Some places still make it mandatory, if possible. Sad.

    Great sign.

By the way, it reads, "Notice: Firearms prohibited by Chattanooga city council
Misdemeanor state law prescribes a maximum penalty of eleven (11) months and twenty-nine (29) days and a fine not to exceed two thousand five hundred dollars ($2500) for carrying weapons on or in public recreational property."

As has been asked many times.... What part of "...shall not be infringed." do they not understand?

    Blessings,
    Bill

Ah yes... Oleg Volk.. Awesome photographer. He has some really cool photos on his website.

I'm not going to link his website because of some nudity/partial nudity images/art he has on there but if you want to visit it then just google search Ogle Volk and it will come right up.

I'm not a rifleman, but I think there is something wrong with this picture. :):

Not a thing wrong with it. When demonstrating some things, we prefer to have something with which we don't have to violate any safety rules to let everyone see.

Besides, he probably has the real thing close at hand and he can definitely hit whatever he's aiming at down to 4MOA at 400-500 yards. :coffee:

    Just sayin'...

(and yes, I saw you were :):)

    Blessings,
    Bill
