Scutter, since you've been gone we are using more psych. ops in our exit interviews now in light of recent INGO sponsored research on how to please everyone. I was trying to get him to go through a process of self diagnosis and take ownership of the real internal struggle that is at the root of... you know what I can't even type that out without wanting to
