It's a baby Chupacabra! Isn't it cute! (NOT!) The other one is a Sugar Glider, and VERY cute. You can carry them around in your pocket (they require a LOT of attention or they'll die, seriously!) and it'll think it's in it's mothers pouch. It's a marsupial, sort of a cross between a Qualla Bear (I have no clue how to spell that word) and a flying squirrel. They're really sweet and cuddly. Our daughter wants one, but then again she wants a Miniature Vietnamese Pot Belly Pig too. She's going to call it "Peekatchoo". Poor Bill, he never knows what he's coming home to find that we've rescued and brought here to care for and love.
Picked up Jasmine (Jazz) last spring at the local animal shelter...
This was taken on her first day in her new home, hiding under the futon. Turned it into a gray-scale image with selective color on her eyes. "You can take my picture, but I don't have to like it."
One of the first images I took with my new 85 f/1.4 lens; love the shallow DOF. That's my range bag, out of focus, in the foreground. BTW, Jasmine likes boxes. Sorry 'bout the harsh flash, Jazz ...the spots wont last ...too long.
Got a new pair of sneakers last week ...Jasmine got a new box; we're both happy! Did I mention that Jasmine likes boxes???
