Agreed! I think he did an excellent job of really bringing home the point. 1 in 6 prisoners, not just non-violent offenses, but 1 in 6 prisoners are there on marijuana charges yet the POtuS is bragging about his use of weed and blow to applauding college kids.

On the other hand, if the statute of limitations hadn't elapsed we'd not have that round headed big eared socialist arse holding court in the oval office.

I say keep the drug laws. Apply them to Obama.

If you know it's illegal and you do it anyway and get caught it was your choice to go to prison. I'm all for freedom of choice.

Unless you're killing someone really tiny with it.

You're suggested rules would have ruined the last 3 presidents' chances... At least the last 3. It would have also caused problems for Mitch Daniels (who was arrested for dealing pot, prescription meds and LSD but somehow was only charged for possession and maintaining a common nuisance).

The class warfare in particular is what makes me most angry at Obama/Dems.

The video is brilliant. I love the talk about who Obama would be if he got caught with MH or coke.

IDK much about Penn. wasn't that dude a magician or something?

I'm going to be looking for more of his videos. He is definitely passionate and has an interesting way of presenting the context of the story.

Well, it's personal choice in the same sense that people who choose to drive choose to get in auto accidents, or people who choose to work night shifts in retail locations choose to get shot in armed robberies gone wrong. Do people who go to firing ranges choose to get hit by negligent discharges (however infrequent they happen)?
