Anyone know where I can get the best deal on a Pellican case? I'm wanting to rig it up for my 6.8 (If the upper ever arrives) AR, so that I can travel to Texas for hog hunts, protecting it in style!

I know they have a large Pelican building on Mt Comfort Rd just north of I70. Not sure if they do sales out of there or if its distribution or what, but may be worth a try.

They are the best cases available. We converted ours to carry our Olympic Bows whenever we fly to a tournament, and they are incredible. Most archery cases available are junk, and I know unless the TSA nimrods loose something out of them while their checking, all my stuff is secure.

If you have a Bass Pro Shop check there. They have a house brand called Red Head (i think) that is made by Pelican but was about 1/2 the price.

I had 2 listed on here a month ago. 1750's There was someone that responded with a PM ,I cant remember who it was, but maybe he'll see your post. Said he could buy them new for less than 150.00 Thats a good deal. Best price I have seen was Ebay.

Where I bought mine. their selling for 200 dollars now. Best case money can buy.

best prices i have found for the 1700 series of cases is ebay. been looking for months. only other case that can compare to pelican is SKB. but they are 1.5x more expensive. i have a pelican case for a top box on my bike. an love it. i have seen the aftermath of a pelican as a saddle bag hit the ground a 65mph on a bike and only have scuff marks. best cases period.

    I highly recomend Pelican cases!!!

I have been able to break one but it takes a stupid amount of effort to do it... I have also used the Hardigg Cases, Storm Cases, and SKB. Pelican just out does all the comp in this area... Well worth the money!

By the way I have seen an M-24 in a pelican case that had a HMMWV and a Stryker drive over it. No damage to the weapon system, not even to the sight. We took it right out of the box and she was even still zeroed...

Optics Planet does have some really good sales on those once in a while. I think last time I saw the 1750s for just under $200 shipped.

Just keep an eye out for them to go on sale and it'll be the best deal you can find.
