Has anyone put a set of peep sights and a scope on a 10/22?
I bought a well-reviewed cheap Bushnell scope and I have a cheap rail that fits nicely
I recently read about Tech sights and wish I had known about them before buying the scope. I think it would be nice to be able to aim well at moving targets, and the Tech Sights (peep-sights in general) are better for this, right?
So now, I am hoping to get the best of both worlds (scope & peep sights). I found a UTG commando rail for the 10/22, that seems fairly inexpensive ($38) -- UTG also makes peep sights that folks review well for AR15 builds. The commando rail has the advantage of making lots of room for stuff like lights too . . .
Thoughts?
