It did. As a "request" to Congress to push the AWB...the .pdf is a generalization of the plan as a whole and not just the list of Executive Orders/Actions he took.

10 round magazines? i guess people in the market for a full sized handgun will skip the 9mm, 40 s&w and pick up a 45 acp instead....if you are limited to 10 rounds, why not get the largest caliber.

Until our gov restricts "High power" ammo like most south american countries do. I believe .380 is the largest caliber avaliable to civilians down there.
