Cornbread's in the oven. Had to go change out of my long sleeved Colts shirt and into my sleeveless one. It's not all that hot but it sure is muggy.

Got the worst of the sticks and branches picked up and put on the burn pile. The rest are small enough for me to just chop up with the mower.

That's about the same as what I did earlier.
Nothing much bigger than two thumb size, but lots of sticks downed. All in the kindling pile, now.

Picked up under my neighbor's locust tree as well. She's older, talks funny. Liverpool native.
Sidewalk was covered. I hate locust trees!

Honey locust, very pretty right now, but always messy.

I got out there last year with a pole saw and made the sidewalk passable again.
She's my mom's age, late 80s.

Son shovels snow for her.
