Up a few times, more often than normal with back spasms, and kicking at nothing.
I managed a good resleep around 5AM.
I feel better.

good morning everyone looks like another gloomy day on order.
My guess is since I doubt I have ever had "real" Hollandaise sauce I like the Knorr mix just fine

I have slippers. Wear them if I am not wearing shoes.

I keep my hideous feet covered, too. My feet look like something they didn't need to keep after an alligator autopsy.
Wife forgives, says they just look like manfeet.

I throw a robe on right after my shower, usually. I get cold easy these days. BP meds shut down my jets!

Showered, shaved, cut my hair including eyebrows, ear and nose hair, and clipped my fingernails. I am well-groomed.
