I had some andouille sausage left. So sliced it and fried with the potatoes o’brian, then scrambled over that, topped with some cheddar

My cousin bought me roll sausage for me to cook. I had to run to the store to get some bolts. When I came back, his wife had already cooked one roll and the other roll was sitting on the counter with a slit poked in it where she was "piping" the sausage out into little balls. She complained "Why didn't you get the patties!!!"

...so I ended up having to cook the rest the best I could as if I didn't know any better either......
