High wind warning just went into effect at noon. I think the strongest winds are yet to come. I think they said probably around 3 to 5 p.m.. They're showing 6 p.m. for the peak here.

Used it for years as a sub for the real deal. Not "local grown" or all that similar to fresh, but it's all we've got most of the time.
It works fine!

Going to have a down afternoon after learning a very long time friend of the family passed away this morning from complications resulting from chemotherapy for pancreatic cancer. It’s never the cancer that gets you, it’s the complications and resulting infections that kill you!

Susan just gave me the okay to go to the Indian place. She needs me to pick up some more Ranch dressing at Kroger too, so I'll get that when I get the cocoa/cacao. I guess I should check the Mexican section for cacao?

you can also use a square of unsweetened Baker's chocolate in a pinch

dogs are well walked, dog poop cleaned up, 8 downspouts cleared ( too early to clean the whole gutter) trash pile burned ( car seat did a good job cremating the possum)
