I need to go to Fresh Thyme after work. They've got sirloin tip roasts on sale for $5.99/lb.. I like to use those for pot roast. Much more tender and lean than chuck roast.

For lunch I had a brisket sandwich with Cole slaw on top, real Mac and cheese on the side.
Daughter had the Mac and cheese with chopped brisket on top. It looked really good.
