    I have seen studies that say that is more myth than fact
    Probably right.
    I think the birds do more than any other critters.
    Birds are mostly predators, even the cute ones.
    Possums are scavengers, fierce ones, but not hunters.
    I don't feel eating a tick off your leg counts. That's just fair play.

    looks like something been eating my kohlrabi leaves, but neither they nor my cabbages seem to be forming balls in the center so I guess it may not matter. Any ideas on why?

    Too windy/choppy to anchor pontoon on lake for hirs to swim. They have been to our lakes beach & prk many times. So the are headed out to the beach at Center Lake in Warsaw. Lunch offering here turned out to be a burnt formerly frozen crappy pizza. So am thinking I may need to run to Syracuse for something while the women are gone. Nice how that worked out

    Are the cabbage plants trans males ? Maybe why they should be but are not developing b***s. Just a thought

    Cabbage worms. White moth lays eggs under the leaves. Worms hide in the middle most of the day. Damage leaves at night. Hate those critters.
