not a huge fan of suckchinni,, the peas sound better
I used to make a casserole with zucchini, mushrooms, onions and garlic. I'd sautee the veggies and garlic until they started to soften up, then layer them with cheddar cheese in a baking dish with a layer of cheddar on top. I'd bake it just long enough to slightly brown the cheese on top.

OK I will but please don’t hold your breath waiting. I truly don’t think any man has actually, truthfully EVER said the words “I have to many walleye fillets”.
It has been so long since I've had walleye. :( I miss going to Canada and catching and cooking our lunch on shore. Do you ever eat the cheeks? They need to be pretty decent sized fish to make it worthwhile but they're very good!

I might have after I had to roll away from the table after our last fish fry
That is “too many to eat at 1 sitting” not “too many fillets IN MY TOTAL POSSESSION“ don’t cha know. I refer to total #s or fillets. It is Sorta like no real man ever said that they “have too much horse power.” Or “too much of a good thing.” Whatever I have, if it’s good, I will use it all eventually. Your neighbor will back me up on both counts, hp and walleye fillets :)::)::):

We weigh out a meal for the two of us and package all our meat and fish that way. Prevents too much. And not as good warmed up.
