Hello: maybe i`am an idiot, but that question that says I affirm I have not identified myself legally.... how should I answer that. kind of confused by this question. or am i just an idiot. thanks

The question in full reads "I affirm that I have not identified myself legally or otherwise by any other names except the names indicated here."

That means you don't use any names but the ones you put in the box.
