WTB: Old Remington bolt action with peep sights

WTB: Remington 513T or 521T. Needs to be a .22 (those models are), and it's got to have the peep sights. Please be realistic in your asking price; Blue Book is only $450 and $395 for 100% condition. (Gun Broker has some crazy asking prices currently is the only reason I mention it, but when they actually sell it's always a lot closer to what the Blue Book says.)

I'm in Rushville, but I can travel some, especially around Indy area.
