I had a delicious Italian Beef sandwich and fries for lunch. Hubby had the buffet.

Pork roast is in the oven. Beans are soaking for ham and beans. We also have leftover stuffed cabbage for one night this week. I shouldn't have to cook all week at this rate.

Roads are getting slick....we slid through one intersection on the way home. Luckily, it was a back road/4 way stop and nobody else was in the area.

I'm pretty sure our Pizza King doesn't have that. I've had their beef sandwich but it isn't as good as the one at the Pub.

I'm pretty sure our Pizza King doesn't have that. I've had their beef sandwich but it isn't as good as the one at the Pub.

Here they toast the bun, then pile the shredded beef on, then ladle beef gravy with mushrooms over the beef. Somewhat messy, but, very good. Easy to make at home as well!
