I've been playing on the S&W forum. Hubby has forgiven me for writing the check yesterday and is feeling good now about our purchase.

Hi Greg

I was off looking at recipes. I have some ham I wanted to do something with, but hubby says to make ham and beans with it. It is actually a ham bone with a bunch of ham still on it that had been put in the freezer for later. I guess this is later.

I have a pork roast to make for tonight so I'm thinking ham and beans for tomorrow when I get home from work.

Need to make up a big salad too so that will be ready to go.

Meal prep day since I will be working at least four days this week...maybe five. More gun money!!

Morning Sig, Gman. Planning out the day. I did some electrical work yesterday but didn't finish. I needed to install two light fixtures, change an outlet, and put a new switch in my bedroom ceiling fan. I only got the light fixtures done because they both had unexpected challenges.
