Ok so the Porter county gun show is scheduled for Oct. 5-6th. Figured schedule a meet n eat around that. Poll will decide the date, but I'm looking for ideas on the where. Industrial Revolution (where we've had a couple meets) worked ok for a smaller party but not so much when we had about 14 of us.

So looking for a place that can take reservations, but also something that won't break the bank either.

So vote in the poll for the date and help decide on the where.

Poll will close in 5 weeks and then I'll start another for the where based on members ideas on location and run that poll for 2 weeks. That should enable plenty of time for a headcount and to make the reservations

I know the Commander in Rensselaer (me) and we can get a room for free...

Oct. 5th is Porter's Perfect Pint. One of the best brew shows around, and it supports the Porter Fire Department. Gotta supportmy local. Hoping you could be like me and do the PPP on the 5th then the show to the M&E on the 6th.

Last I heard, the Pizza Hut in Valpo is still open, if that sways it for you either way.

Don't know if they take reservations. Used to be smoking (unless that changed since covid) if that bothers anyone. They have tacos and sandwiches, but mainly push beer.

They used to be by the skating rink with outdoor seating. Then, one day out of the blue, they closed the doors. This is their new location (never been to the new one).
