Mostly during morning commute and in the evenings. Its VERY crowded for a 2 lane and has poor sight lines. I live in the first subdivision east of 65 and getting in and out is a mother f'er at certain times. 109th and Iowa has an accident almost every week along with 109th and Broadway by Walgreens.
CP also plans on letting a developer build the south side of 109th but has no plans for widening or stop lights. They are also planning to extend Delaware north behind stracks and add more commercial there.
