Some of those cases were there when I got there first thing in the morning.
It's that odd shape pistol caliber from Europe IIRC.
It looks like a rifle case but much smaller and has the bludge near the neck of the case.

Ah-ha! Most likely then. The one & only time I shot a PPSh I was absolutely NOT concerned about finding brass, I was to busy making the cases rain down on me. :-D

I've never heard of this event till now. Had to look it up. That's pretty awesome. Never done anything like that. If only I had more 30-30 ammo. I only have 160 rounds.

If you want to go to the one in IL no don't worry about the ammo for a 30-30.
We can get you a 10/22 to use the first time around. You only need about 300 rds at the VERY HIGH end. I think they do around 200 rds.
Don't let the no riffle scare you away from going.
