11 days ago, I took this pic at work. I took it, cause normally, it's not green.

But leaving work the same evening I see this.

And it's been yellow since then, every day.
Now we're getting the safety lecture.
Our average of an injury EVERY OTHER day is being blown out of the water with 10 days of injuries.

What qualifies as an injury at US Steel? If someone gets a papercut or a hangnail, do they turn the light yellow? lol

Minor injury requires treatment at the dispensary.
Major injury requires trip to the hospital.

    Not exactly, but close enough.

Red light if you get all your right side ribs broke, right shoulder smashed, hip pulverized, and guts squished out of places it shouldn't squish out of.

Yellow light for cuts, contusions, heat exhaustion, sprains/strains.

    Red light amputation

So car gurus Jedi does not think this is normal wear on a tire. What say you?
    tire.jpg

New tires were bought and installed on 01/14/2014.
This is the front driver side. The front passenger side is beginning to look like this as well. As if it is peeling.
The back tires look fine just like new actually.
Tires have been driven about 4K miles since installed.
The "white" strip you see is actually metal stitching.

That thing looks like it might blow. Did you check the tire pressure? What about alignment?

Unless those tires cost $10, that's not normal 4000 mile wear.

On the bright side guess that will finally break jedi working every single day. :woot:

If you get something amputated, perhaps you could retire early. Pinky toes are pretty useless.

10 years ago, I noticed 1 in 10 people that I worked with were missing a toe, finger, or part of a foot.
I've seen a guy leave after losing leg below the knee after being run over by a tank tread.
And a woman lost her leg after losing a collision with a forklift. She actually came back for a while because she wanted to retire at a round 50 yrs.

Why? Wife can't take it in?

It is possible but the van is NOT CLEARED to go into work building so Jedi would have to drive into city with it and then pay for parking in downtown.
:nono: Bad enough Jedi has worked 20 straight days. Plus tomorrow's work can wait. Jedi has had it with both the contractors and what work wants.
