I do have a penchant for high heels, but there's no way I'd even put those things on! I don't care what color they are!

But...I would consider using them to stab people. :evilangel:

You have crossed over to the dark side. Now watch out for those 5 year old girls.
I know. I OC most of the time now. Once in a while I will cover it with my shirt.

I am ALWAYS looking for those girls! I run and hide in the barn whenever the grandkids come over. Eight and five year old girls.:nailbite::runaway:

Several people have asked lately why Jedi is banned from the 1101 Cigar Lounge, AKA the NWI INGO Clubhouse.

One day Jedi came into the Clubhouse and announced that he has invented a bra that keeps women's breasts from jiggling, bouncing up and down, and prevents the nipples from pushing through the fabric when cold weather sets in. He talked about his invention for nearly 20 minutes. At the end of his pontificating, and after announcing the invention, a large group of men took Jedi outside and kicked the **** out of him.

He has not been allowed at the Clubhouse since that date.

I swear this is a TRUE story and has NOT been embellished in any way.

I'm not saying all Versa Max guns are junk, I have been through many of them at the shop, just not enough for me to ever have confidence in them.

I've been looking around and made a call or two. Saw and heard enough to start looking at something else ... or maybe I'll just take that money and buy enough shells so I can practice enough to make sure I can run my 590DA like a Boss.

Why not get an FN SLP? That would solve all your problems.

So..... You back in town yet or are you still checking out all of the college chicks NOT using Jedi's invention?
Yup. I'm back now. Got home earlier than planned. Original plan was to come home Saturday. Winston-Salem NC is just not interesting enough to keep me there that long! So we took off and I drove straight through. 11.5 hours in very uncomfortable Chevy Suburban seats.

Taking a look-see right now. I'm liking it.

BTW ... what does the FN-SLP do that the Mossberg 930 JM Pro doesn't do for $500 less?

Reliability and faster cycling. It actually comes with 2 gas pistons, one calibrated for heavy loads, the other calibrated for light loads. It is pretty much the most reliable shotgun we at the shop have ever seen.

How do you like the sights on the Neos. That's my only complaint with that pistol. The sights on the carbine kit are great, but the pistol sight is awful for me.

Never really used the sights. I plopped the cheapest red dot on there i could find. Never shot a red dot, wasn't sure I'd like it. I loved it.
Now thd sight is acting up, so I just put a Burris FastFire III on it.

When a new neighbor moved in across the street, Jedi couldn't help but notice. She's gorgeous! She's young, she's single, she's petite, and she has the most beautiful blonde hair you can imagine.

Jedi noticed when she got home from work this evening. She was looking particularly hot. Jedi was surprised when she walked across the street and up his driveway.

She knocked on his door, and he rushed to open it.

She looks at Jedi, and says, "I just got home, and I am so horny! I have this strong urge to have a good time, get drunk, and make love all night long!"

Jedi did his best to keep his cool. "Really," he said.

"Yes," she answered. "So... are you busy tonight?"

Jedi immediately replied, "Nope, I'm free. I have no plans at all!"

"Good!" she said. "I noticed all the PINK at your house and lacy curtains, could you babysit my kids?"

Darn. I had my cell phone out to start calling Jedi. He probably wouldn't have appreciated the 12:30 a.m. call. Just got done with my 10/22 sights, and I think my brain turned to jelly.

I do have a penchant for high heels, but...

Ok, I can't even comment on that. I keep hearing funky 70s music and "boom chicka bow wow" in my head. To many porn movies probably.

Ok. I was going to shoot the beretta neos today, but figured why do that when my 10 22 still needs sights?
So, ran couple errands, came back home and beat the ever loving sht outta the front sight. It would barely budge, then finally, it just popped out. Surprised me.
One of the hits musta glanced, and took out the peak of the sight. But it was pretty wasted anyway, so no big deal.
The barrel has a very minor mark, but it's 20 years old, it'll blend in with all the other marks from rocks and stuff.

So i attacked the rear sight. One hit, FLEW off the rifle. Had to search to find the sight. Came off so easy, there wasn't even a mark from the pin I hit it with. Of course, the sight was already broke, thats why I'm doing all this.

So i can't find either of the sights i bought. Tore the place apart.
So I made a road trip to Cabelas and Gander Mountain, Blythes and Westforth already closed at this point, and I want to FINISH THE JOB. But neither store seems to have 10/22 sights. So it's back home. I finally find one of the sights UNDER the pad I put under the gun when I clean it.

    Back to the garage.
Rear sight goes in so easy it falls out when I tip the gun. Skip and go to the front sight.
    Mother Puss Bucket!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!??!!!!!!!!
It's too big to even start in the dovetail. Check the internet. Grab a file i have, triangle shape. File file file file file file.
finally get it where i can get it started, check gaps with a flashlight for clearance.
    Hammer it in.
So I put gorilla glue in the rear sight, centered it as well as i can figure, damn, a boresighter might have been nice.

So now its almost 1 am. Tomorrow I'll get to see how bad i aligned the 10 22, and I'll adjust the Neos.

That is a long road trip. Went to see my brother back in 2000 and he lives in Kernersville, just south of Winston-Salem and did the non-stop trip home in a Kia Sportage with 4 people. Couldn't get home soon enough.
