My lights are staying up at least a week in January. And then it depends on how cold it is.

Looking at extended forecast. Next warm day is January 4, with a high of 27. Till then it is going to be in the teens. Of course I had this whole week off. Too dam cold to do anything.

    Leave your lights up.

    Orthodox Christmas is Jan 7.

And in different Churches, the Christmas Season might end on Jan. 6 (the traditional date of the Feast of the Epiphany), or might last until the Feast of the Baptism of the Lord (usually the Sunday after Epiphany), or might even last all the way to Feb. 2 (the Feast of the Presentation of the Lord, 40 days after Dec. 25).

If you go with the 40 day Christmas period you are into February before you have to take the lights down ... which is just in time for Larry to switch his light display to red hearts for Valentine's Day

I need to start my Christmas crocheting for next year. This year I didn't finish in time. My two co-workers got their scarves today and my dad is getting his afghan for Father's Day.

It's been close to a week for me.
    At work I've been hiding.
A boss sees me fall, and I'll be out till the doc sees me.

That and I'm worried about big, hot machinery.

I am scared for you. When I had it I could not stand at all. If I did try to stand I would fall flat on my face. I was not dizzy, I just could not stand at all.
