Colt had his first check up and shots today. 28 lbs and healthy with a slight over bite and a ball stuck up in his abdomen, doc says he will be good. Also have him akc registered now and him and ethel (English bull dog) are getting the chip tomorrow after her spay. Canine life is good at this house

Colt and our son are bonding really well. He likes to follow my son everywhere. My son is so happy. I'm getting jealous! Haha

Will have a few days off later this week so planning on doing some reloading and shooting with my son

I think I have a problem....

So I'm grabbing some reloading stuff for 30/06 yesterday and I realize today that somehow instead of getting a bag of 30/06 brass I mistakenly grabbed a bag of .308 brass..... I didn't even realize it until I opened the bag to inspect the brass and thought the .308 stamping was... odd..... I should have been trying to get in touch with someone that could use the brass but instead I start thinking that maybe I should start reloading 308.... I don't even have a 308 rifle! But I start thinking (justifiably of course) that I should get a 308 soon and Ill reload and blah blah. No! If I end up buying a rifle just because I accidentally aquired once fired brass for it then I need to start attending meetings! So on that note....
