I recently received one of these for T&E and so far it is blowing away every other light I have ever owned. I will do a full review soon but check this out.

    • As soon as I got it I put the 2AA batteries (supplied) in the body and dropped it into a gallon of water. Started off at 120 lumens for 30 min, then down to 60, then down to 30 lumens (second setting) , and then to 15, then down to 7.5, then down to 3 lumens (third setting). It ran underwater for over 24 hrs. On the 3 lumens it will run for 240 hrs on the 2AAs.
    • It features a 120 lumen strobe.
    • 1 inch in diameter and 6 1/4 long it makes and awesome kubaton.
    More to come soon.

I carry a Novatac as part of my EDC gear, and as a backup to my duty light. I use rechargable batteries in 123 size, but the concept is there..

It's an excellent light. Works great as a hand hardener :)
