I worked in CP with a guy from Winfield who said CP would never get riff raff because they can't afford the taxes. B.S., the taxes aren't that high. Going south of 30 no longer avoids riff raff including Winfield. Many people moved from Griffith, Highland, Dyer, etc. to CP, Valpo and such thinking to avoid it. Seems they have more problems than the places they left. I read Valpo had a big heroin problem awhile back. Riff raff? Spoiled wealthy kids with too much time? Who knows.

As to that graffiti, I find it hard to believe the 'artists' could get up that high on the wall, for that long, without being seen. What am I missing?

I wondered that myself. It's possible that the business pulls in the awning every night, but even so, it would be difficult.
