NFA Finger Print Card Question

Do you leave the cards blank and take them up to the pd or fill them out yourself? If you fill them out yourself the spot where it says employer and address is that your employer or is that ment for the person that is printing you?

The "employer" part is not for you to fill out, that's for the officer printing you. I usually pre-fill mine before heading to the PD.

Thanks for the fasr reply. I'm taking my paperwork in to the pd in the morning and hopefully get the packet all sent in. Then comes the waiting game.........

Be sure that the person who does the prints also signs your print forms.
