Side story, in Michigan, when I got my handgun, they had me fill out a safety questionnaire, and on the bottom of the sheet, it said failure can lead to refusal of permit. Here was the exchange with the cop who was giving me the "test"
Me "Isn't that little statement on the bottom totally unconstitutional"
Cop "Yeah, pretty much"
Me "So some elected individual in a suit put it there"
Cop "Yup, they have to act like they do something to earn a salary"
